When I first met Robin and Amy, I brought an old bike into the shop to get air in my tires. Little did I know that I would get much more than that. Came out that following Saturday and rode with them. At the time I was on a ten dollar bike with a helmet from walmart(literally).Two months later I was on a brand new Orbea given to me by everybody at Robins. There unexpected kindness and generousity had a positive effect on my life and cycling. Even though I have been out of touch and have moved away sometime ago, they will always be in my heart!!! You meet people as you pass through life, some you don't remember, some you will never forget. Thank you for the chance you have given me Robins! By the way I still ride that Orbea even though it has over 25,000 miles. And I haven't been called Venus in a long time; thank you Amy even though I still shave my legs.

I grew up loving to ride my bike! Although it was the only thing we had to do in the small town I grew up in, I still loved to ride. Today, About 20 years later, I decided to get back to riding my bike. I quickly learned that the actual sport of biking is quite different than the actual recreation of it. I visited several bike stores in person and felt intimidated at each one. I also did a lot of research on-line, but it was not until I walked into Robin's that I actually felt encouraged and at ease! Robin helped me in so many aspects and taught me many things about the sport. He was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. My husband said he could tell the difference with Robin is that he actually loved the sport and that passion totally exuded throughout our conversation. Thank you Robin for guiding me with patience and teaching me a foundation of "road biking". You had a wonderful selection of bikes and products! Your help was so valuable! Thanks for everything!

Outstanding customer service! Robin and Amy made sure I felt welcome every time I went into the store. They took their time, listened to my concerns and helped me make an informed decision. I visited the bike shops from Destin to Pensacola and I'm a Robin's Customer now. If you're in the market for a bike or just curious, you owe it to yourself to stop in and say hi. I have just received delivery of my new bike, a Cannondale Super Six. I asked Robin to prepare the bike as if it was his own. The workmanship and the attention to detail that Robin and Amy put into this bike is outstanding. Thank you for truly making this bike special.
